WithLove

WithLove Project Foundation is a community-centered arts and education nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Northeast Oklahoma City and underrepresented communities across Oklahoma.

Through public art, cultural programming, and youth development, we activate spaces, amplify voices, and invest in the creative potential of our community.

  • Established in 2020 through a collaboration between Jabee Williams and the Oklahoma Mural Syndicate, WithLove Project Foundation was created to address the critical need for artistic and educational infrastructure in Northeast Oklahoma City.

Since its founding, WithLove Project has become a trusted convener and cultural catalyst activating public spaces and amplifying community voices through public art, youth mentorship, and educational programming. Its flagship event, Juneteenth on the East, brings together thousands each year in celebration of culture, resilience, and civic pride, solidifying WithLove OKC’s role as a driver of creative placemaking and community revitalization.

  • WithLove Project delivers high-impact programming that merges artistic engagement with community development.

Mural initiatives including projects at Pitts Park and Eastside Market are designed in collaboration with residents to reflect local heritage and inspire neighborhood pride. Signature programs such as the Women of Color Art Show and Clara Luper Art Exhibits, presented in partnership with the Clara Luper Legacy Committee, elevate historically marginalized voices and promote cultural literacy.

The organization also invests in the next generation of creatives through mentorship and hands-on opportunities for emerging community artists. Anchored by the annual Juneteenth on the East festival, WithLove Project’s programming generates lasting value through economic stimulation, youth development, and cultural preservation.

Most recently, WithLove Project was awarded the DUO Grant to launch a mural artist mentorship workshop in partnership with Millwood School District, expanding youth access to hands-on creative learning and strengthening pathways for emerging local talent.
